Our process to start your residential remodeling dream is easy. We offer a free on phone or video call to discuss your desired outcome for your remodel. We provide a ruff general estimate based on what we see as average pricing for the kind of project and quality level you’re looking for.
To move things along, we have two options.
- Sign a letter of intent and begin the real detailed level budgeting for your remodel so you can have a nearly pinpoint accurate number of the end costs. This valuable service with our highly trained professional estimator, helps you know the true costs, the timelines and helps flush out your ideas for designs. With a letter of intent contract and payment, you receive a non itemized budget number, a list of products you would need to provide with an average cost expectation for those items and ruff designs of your remodel such as kitchen or bathroom design and layout. With this budgeting step completed, we can instantly move you to a contractual agreement and permitting and start your remodel project.
- If you’re not ready for the full budget and want to test the water a little more, you can purchase our three hour estimate ball park package. This gives you 3 hours on your site with our estimator to review your goals and create a ruff estimate that is generally within 20% of perfect. This step can be useful to ensure you’re financially ready to move into the full budgeting process and to move forward.
