With a Letter Of Intent contract and payment, you receive a non itemized budget number, a list of products you would need to provide, with an average cost expectation for those items and ruff designs of your remodel such as kitchen or bathroom design and layout. With this budgeting step completed, we can instantly move you to a contractual agreement and permitting and start your remodel project.

This gives you 3 hours on your site with our estimator to review your goals and create a ruff estimate. This step can be useful to ensure you’re financially ready to move into the full budgeting process, to move forward.
