Mark Sommer started Sommers Construction after working in partnership with other builders. Wanting to provide higher quality and professionalism. As he noticed that many people he knew had frustrations with builders not listening and failing to be detail driven or responsive to customers needs and communication. Mark knew his background as a professional builder of industrial plants, his extensive education in quality control and improving things, and attention to detail from his previous career, that he had to be a home builder. So years back he left the industrial industries and began remodeling homes. Within a short time Sommer Remodeling racked up nearly more work than they could handle and started expanding their sub contractors and providers. They build a stellar reputation of integrity, straight communication, and delivering on time!
And critically, Sommers construction only uses top notch professionals that he personally manages on site. All employees and contractors are 100% fully vetted American citizens or legally authorized to work in the USA. Skilled professionals in their specific areas of work. We only use people we know we can trust.
Now with many years and many remodels under their belt, Sommers has moved their headquarters from their original location in Brooksville, into the Reddington Beach area on Florida’s west coast.
